Meridian Quartz Surface® own manufacturing plants in Thailand and Vietnam. For some colors, we also source from long cooperating partner factories.

Meridian Quartz slabs are made with up-to-date machines, with the best high pressure to get the most compact slabs without any porous holes. We import the quartz sands from different countries right for different quartz slabs colors and patterns. 

Our skilled workers check each step and each slab before packing for delivery. We do not allow any slabs with defects to deliver to our clients!

With our strict quality control on Raw Materials and Production with the latest machines, our quartz is very durable! The bulk density is around 2.4 g/cm3, that can rival the global famous quartz brands. That is why our clients would send us samples from other brands to do Color Match, but pay for more reasonable costs only. Here are our quartz test data.

Meridian Quartz surface® manufacture different quartz slabs sizes, they are:

• 3200x1600mm (127”x64") as regular Jumbo Size slabs;
• 3000×1400/1500 (118”x55"/59") and 2800x1400mm (110-1/4"x 55”) also for projects using;
• Super Jumbo Size slabs at max 143" * 80" ( 3630*2030mm).

The quartz slabs thickness we manufacture have standard 20mm (3/4”), 30mm (1-1/4”). Meanwhile we produce thickness 12mm (1/2”) and 15mm (5/8”) for special using like splashes. Marble Look Quartz Slabs are of thickness 20mm (3/4”), 30mm (1-1/4”) only !

For quartz slabs’ packing and loading to USA, we generally pack (taking 55 sqft a slab as example 3200x1600mm -127”x64”) to East Coast of USA:

• 7 bundles per container;
• 10 slabs 3cm per bundle, 15 slabs 2cm per bundle;
• 70 slabs 3cm per 20ft container, 105 slabs 2cm per 20ft container.
